About Sharon
A senior professional with more than 30 years of experience in line management. Sharon came to settle in New Zealand following a progressive career in Human Resources management at an international level. She completed her Master's in Business Administration with Massey University and has been consulting across a broad range of organisations ever since including: national and local government, commercial and private sector businesses and not for profit organisations.
An experienced manager, having provided leadership to departments of up to 30 employees including middle management direct reports, Sharon is able to provide sound advice based on practical experience.
She offers a wide variety of skills including Strategic planning, Administration, Recruitment, Remuneration, Recognition and Reward, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Employment Relations, Health and Safety, Training, Change Management, Employee and Customer Surveys, Analysis, Planning, Organising, Leadership and Project Management.
Sharon is also a licensed administrator and interpretor of OPRA psychometric testing and Extended DISC behavioural profiling. Trading under the name of SmS Consulting, Sharon's specialised management services are designed to help employers manage people more effectively.
